Pyroblast (MB2-198) is a red Instant reprint. It lets you choose one mode to either counter a target spell if it's blue or destroy a target permanent if it's blue, with the mode chosen before targets are selected and color checked on resolution. It functions as cheap anti-blue tech commonly slotted into red sideboards or main decks against blue strategies.
