Meekstone (MB2-227) is an artifact reprinted in Mystery Booster 2 that imposes a restriction on creature untapping. Its static ability causes creatures with power 3 or greater to not untap during their controllers' untap steps, creating a tax/lock effect that can slow opponents' larger creatures in both casual and competitive play. First printed in Urza's Legacy as a simple stax-style artifact.
