Maddening Hex (MB2-195) is a red Enchantment — Aura Curse that enchants a player. Whenever the enchanted player casts a noncreature spell you roll a d6, deal that much damage to them, and then the Aura is attached to a randomly chosen other opponent. Its combination of die-roll damage and forced reassignment gives it a disruptive, political role particularly suited to multiplayer formats.
