Gitaxian Probe (MB2-28) is a sorcery reprint from Mystery Booster 2 that features a Phyrexian blue ({U/P}) mana cost. When cast you look at target player's hand and then draw a card, and the Phyrexian symbol lets you pay either blue mana or 2 life to cast it. Its low mana value and hand information make it useful for card selection and enabling synergies that care about life payment or cheap cantrips.
