It enters the battlefield tapped, asks you to choose a color, scries 1 on entry, and can untap instead of scrying if you weren't the starting player, and it taps to add one mana of the chosen color. Its enter-the-battlefield conditional untap and color selection make it a flexible mana fixer and minor card-advantage tool in multicolor decks.
