Chain of Vapor (MB2-156) is an uncommon blue Instant from the Mystery Booster 2 release. It returns a nonland permanent to its owner's hand and then lets that permanent's controller sacrifice a land to copy the spell and choose a new target. This effect serves as tempo removal and can be used repeatedly via the copy to disrupt opponents or protect your own permanents.
