Bolas's Citadel (MB2-39) is a legendary artifact. It lets you look at and play the top card of your library and lets you cast those cards by paying life equal to their mana value instead of their mana costs, while also permitting you to play lands from the top. It also has a tap-and-sacrifice finisher that, after sacrificing ten nonland permanents, causes each opponent to lose ten life.
