When Blurry Visionary enters the battlefield, look at the top two cards of your library and put them back-to-back in the same sleeve with either card in front. They become a modal double-faced card for the rest of the game. Then put that card into your hand. (You can play either face of that double-faced card. Make sure to reset it when the game ends.)

Blurry Visionary (MB2-526) is a rare blue creature — Human Wizard from Mystery Booster 2 that creates a modal double-faced card from the top two cards of your library when it enters the battlefield. Its enter-the-battlefield ability lets you sleeve those two cards back-to-back with either face forward, turning them into a modal double-faced card for the rest of the game and then puts that card into your hand. The modal double-faced treatment can change how those cards are played and interacts with rules for playing, casting, and determining characteristics as specified in the card’s rulings.
