Lutri, the Spellchaser (MUL-182 foil) is a legendary Elemental Otter creature from Multiverse Legends. It has Flash and an enters-the-battlefield trigger that copies an instant or sorcery you control when cast. It also has the Companion ability restricting your starting deck to cards with different names and can be paid into your hand from outside the game for three mana.
