It has a Companion deck restriction requiring every card in your starting deck to have mana value 3 or greater (besides lands) and an enter-the-battlefield ability that draws you cards equal to other high–mana-value permanents you control. As a 5/4 creature that can be paid {3} from outside the game to put into your hand once per game, it supports slow, value-focused decks that play large permanents.
