Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur (MUL-11 normal) is a legendary Phyrexian Praetor creature in the Multiverse Legends set. It has flash and an end-step trigger that lets its controller draw seven cards. It also reduces each opponent's maximum hand size by seven, typically forcing them to discard down to zero during their cleanup step.
