Description

Ugin, the Ineffable (M3C-160) is a legendary colorless planeswalker from Modern Horizons 3 Commander. Its static ability reduces the cost of colorless spells by {2}, and its +1 exiles the top card face down and makes a 2/2 Spirit token that returns that exiled card to your hand when it leaves the battlefield. Its −3 ability destroys any target permanent that is one or more colors, giving a broad removal option against colored threats.
