Tempt with Mayhem (M3C-62) is a red instant from Modern Horizons 3 Commander that uses the Tempting offer mechanic. It targets an instant or sorcery spell and lets each opponent copy that spell, then creates additional copies for you based on how many opponents copied it. The copies you create and those your opponents create can have new legal targets chosen by their controllers, and your copies resolve before opponent-created copies.
