Overclocked Electromancer (M3C-58) is a red Creature — Lizard Wizard from Modern Horizons 3 Commander. At the beginning of combat you may pay three energy to put a +1/+1 counter on it, it doubles its power when it attacks, and when it deals excess combat damage to a creature you gain that much energy. It acts as an energy engine and aggressive attacker that scales with counters and converts overkill into additional resources for later plays.
