Hourglass of the Lost (M3C-40) is a Rare artifact from the Modern Horizons 3 Commander set. It taps to add white mana while placing a time counter, and can later be tapped and have X time counters removed to exile the artifact and return each nonland permanent card with mana value X from your graveyard to the battlefield as a sorcery. Its recurring-matery effect functions as a graveyard recursion tool that scales with chosen X and interacts with cards whose mana cost includes X as zero by ruling.
