Grist, the Hunger Tide (M3C-264) is a Legendary Planeswalker card from Modern Horizons 3 Commander that begins the game as a 1/1 Insect creature outside the battlefield. Its +1 creates a 1/1 black and green Insect token and mills a card, repeating and gaining loyalty if an Insect is milled, its −2 lets you optionally sacrifice a creature to destroy a target creature or planeswalker, and its −5 drains each opponent based on creature cards in your graveyard. The card functions as a viable commander in B/G decks thanks to its creature-in-hand rule and graveyard/mill synergies.
