It has flying and trample and its triggered abilities exile all other permanents you control when it enters and return them when it leaves, creating a powerful enter/leave-the-battlefield interaction. That interaction is commonly used in combo decks to generate infinite value or lock opponents by recurring effects that trigger on permanents entering or leaving the battlefield.
