Vexing Sphinx (DMR 297, Rare) is a blue Creature — Sphinx with flying and cumulative upkeep that first appeared in earlier sets and is reprinted in Dominaria Remastered. Its cumulative upkeep forces you to discard a card each upkeep for each age counter on it, and when it dies you draw cards equal to the number of age counters on it. It typically functions as a flying value engine that can net card advantage if you can pay or tolerate the escalating upkeep cost.
