Ovinomancer (DMR 64) is a Creature — Human Wizard from Dominaria Remastered printed as an uncommon. It has an enter-the-battlefield clause requiring you to return three basic lands to your hand or sacrifice it, and an activated tap-to-bounce ability that instead destroys a target creature and gives that creature’s controller a 0/1 Sheep token. The card trades board presence for a reusable removal effect that returns the Ovinomancer to your hand, enabling repeated uses if you can recast it.
