It replaces any production of two-or-more mana from a land with colorless and increases the cost of each spell a player casts by {1} for each other spell they've cast that turn. It serves as both a hate card against storm and multi-land/mana-producing strategies and as a tempo tool to slow fast combo or ramp decks.
