Chainer's Edict (DMR 78) is a black sorcery from Dominaria Remastered that forces a target player to sacrifice a creature of their choice. It has Flashback for {5}{B}{B}, allowing you to cast it again from your graveyard by paying the flashback cost, after which it is exiled. Originally printed years earlier and reprinted in Dominaria Remastered; it functions as a sacrifice-effect sorcery.
