War's Toll (Dissension #77, foil) is a red enchantment that punishes opponents when they tap lands for mana and forces their creatures to attack. Its first triggered ability taps all lands an opponent controls whenever that opponent taps a land for mana, disrupting their available mana during the turn. The second ability forces all creatures an opponent controls to attack if any creature they control attacks, creating a political or punishing combat incentive.
