Skyscribing (DIS-32) is an uncommon blue sorcery from the Dissension set. It lets each player draw X cards when cast for X in its mana cost, and it also has Forecast allowing you to pay {2}{U} during your upkeep and reveal it to have each player draw a card. The card can serve as a draw engine or a tempo tool in decks that leverage symmetrical card advantage or Forecast effects.
