Skyscribing (DIS 32, foil) is a blue sorcery from the Dissension expansion that features the Forecast keyword. When cast for {X}{U}{U} each player draws X cards, and its Forecast ability lets you reveal it during your upkeep for {2}{U} to have each player draw a card. The card can function as a scalable draw spell in blue decks or provide a repeatable one-card draw via Forecast when kept in hand.
