It has Graft 3, entering with three +1/+1 counters and allowing you to move counters onto other creatures as they enter, and can pay {2} to give a creature with a +1/+1 counter shroud until end of turn. Its green-blue color identity and three mana value make it suited to counter-placement synergies and protective interaction in decks that use +1/+1 counters.
