Voracious Dragon (Conflux #75, foil) is a red Creature — Dragon from the Alara block. It has Flying and Devour 1, entering with +1/+1 counters for creatures sacrificed to devour and a triggered ability that deals damage to any target equal to twice the number of Goblins it devoured. As printed rulings note, the triggered damage counts creatures’ types as they last existed on the battlefield and the dragon may devour any creatures, not only Goblins.
