It gives your creatures +1/+2 until end of turn and untaps them, and it has Basic landcycling for {1}{W} to fetch a basic land instead of being cast. The effect supports both offensive tempo by boosting and flashing blockers to reuse abilities and defensive plays by untapping blockers after combat for surprise interactions.
