Exploding Borders (Conflux 106, Foil) is a red-green sorcery that uses the Domain mechanic. It searches your library for a basic land and puts it onto the battlefield tapped, then deals X damage to a target player or planeswalker where X equals the number of basic land types among lands you control. The spell resolves in order so the land enters before X is determined, and it still deals damage even if no land is found.
