Oversimplify (C21-72) is a rare sorcery from Commander 2021. When it resolves it exiles all creatures and each player creates a 0/0 Fractal token and puts a number of +1/+1 counters on it equal to the total power of the creatures they controlled that were exiled. If a commander is among the exiled cards its power is counted toward that player’s token and its owner may move it to the command zone after the spell finishes resolving.
