Oversimplify (C21-399) is a sorcery from Commander 2021 that exiles all creatures when it resolves. Each player then creates a 0/0 green and blue Fractal token and puts a number of +1/+1 counters on it equal to the total power of creatures they controlled that were exiled this way. The card can dramatically reset boards while preserving scaled creatures based on total power, and interactions with commanders follow the usual replacement-to-command-zone rule after resolution.
