At the beginning of your upkeep, each player may put two +1/+1 counters on a creature they control; any player who does so is prevented from attacking you or your planeswalkers until your next turn. This creates political choices in multiplayer and can both grow allies' creatures and deter attacks against you, making it useful as a political or defensive piece in Commander decks.
