Infernal Offering (C21-146) is a black sorcery from Commander 2021. As it resolves you choose an opponent for each mode: one mode forces both you and that opponent to sacrifice a creature and lets any player who did draw two cards, while the other mode returns a creature from your graveyard to the battlefield and then lets the chosen opponent return one of theirs. The spell requires sacrifices if creatures are available and the return choices are made on resolution, so it can be used both as disruption and as graveyard recursion depending on targets chosen.
