Felisa, Fang of Silverquill (C21-329) is a legendary Vampire Wizard from Commander 2021 that costs {2}{W}{B}. She has flying and Mentor, giving +1/+1 counters to smaller attacking creatures, and generates tapped 2/1 white-and-black Inkling tokens with flying equal to the number of counters on a nontoken creature you control when it dies. In multiplayer or token-focused decks she can both grow attackers and convert countered creature deaths into evasive bodies for board presence and value.
