It has Demonstrate, letting you optionally copy the spell and have a chosen opponent also copy it, and its effect destroys a target nonland permanent while its controller creates two Treasure tokens. As a removal spell with a copy-trigger that can give opponents copies, it can serve as high-impact single-target removal with political implications in multiplayer formats.
