Cunning Rhetoric (C21-38) is a black enchantment from Commander 2021. Whenever an opponent attacks you or your planeswalkers, you exile the top card of that attacking player's library and may play it while it remains exiled. You may spend mana as though it were any color to cast that exiled card, letting you access opponents' resources and fix colors for spells cast this way.
