Author of Shadows (C21-362) is a Rare creature — Shade Warlock from the Commander 2021 set. When it enters the battlefield it exiles all opponents' graveyards and lets you choose a nonland card exiled this way to cast for as long as it remains exiled, using mana of any color as needed. As a five-mana black creature with a recursion/steal effect, it serves as graveyard disruption and a potential extra-spell engine for mid-to-late game strategies.
