Description

Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge (OC13-194 foil) is a legendary Vampire Wizard creature from the Commander 2013 Oversized set. When Jeleva is cast, each player exiles the top X cards of their library where X equals the mana spent to cast her, and whenever she attacks you may cast exiled instant or sorcery cards without paying their mana costs. Her role often enables storm or spell-focused strategies by providing random access to opponents' and your own exiled spells to be cast during attacks.
