Description

Derevi, Empyrial Tactician (OC13-186 foil) is a Legendary Creature — Bird Wizard from the Commander 2013 Oversized set. It has flying and a triggered ability that lets you tap or untap a target permanent when it enters the battlefield or whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to a player. It also has an activated ability from the command zone that returns Derevi to the battlefield for {1}{G}{W}{U}, letting commanders be recast without using the stack.
