It creates a 2/2 black Zombie at your end step if you lost 2 or more life that turn and can be tapped and exiled with Eye of Vecna and Hand of Vecna to make Vecna, an indestructible 8/8 black Zombie God that copies triggered abilities of the exiled cards. The card supports synergies with artifacts named Eye of Vecna and Hand of Vecna and can change outcomes by granting Vecna those specific triggered abilities when created.
