Description

The Book of Exalted Deeds (AFR 359) is a legendary artifact from Adventures in the Forgotten Realms that interacts with Angels and life gain. It creates a 3/3 white Angel with flying at your end step if you gained three or more life that turn and can be exiled with a cost to put an enlightened counter on an Angel, granting it a replacement-effect ability that prevents you from losing and opponents from winning. The granted ability remains even if the Angel stops being an Angel or the counter moves, and the card includes rulings clarifying that the counter is only a memory aid.
