It gives each Skeleton you control trample, forces them to attack each combat if able, and boosts each Skeleton's power by the number of other Skeletons you control. At the beginning of your end step it creates a tapped 1/1 black Skeleton token, or two if a creature died that turn, producing a steady token stream for the deck.
