Hive of the Eye Tyrant (AFR 258) is a rare land from Adventures in the Forgotten Realms that can enter the battlefield tapped if you control two or more other lands. It taps for one black mana and has an activated ability that turns it into a 3/3 black Beholder with menace and a triggered exile-on-attack effect until end of turn. As a land that becomes a creature, it can be used as mana on earlier turns and as an attacking creature after paying its activation cost, enabling graveyard disruption while still remaining a land.
