It makes target opponent discard a card, with an enhanced effect that lets you choose a nonland card from their revealed hand to be discarded if Treasure mana was spent to cast it. The card functions as cheap hand disruption and can be stronger in Treasure-focused or sacrifice-mana decks that can reliably use Treasure to cast it.
