Devour Intellect (AFR 97 foil) is a one-mana black sorcery from Adventures in the Forgotten Realms. It targets an opponent to discard a card, and if you spent mana from a Treasure to cast it you instead look at their hand, choose a nonland card, and make them discard that card. As a cheap interaction spell it can be used early to disrupt opponents or leveraged with Treasure generation for guaranteed selective discard.
