When played from hand it lets you draw up to two, then discard two from hand to waiting room and can top up to one card into your stock, providing hand filtering and resource generation. It also has a paid attack AUTO that can force your opponent to cycle all their stock into their waiting room while replacing it from deck, enabling a disruptive resource-swing at the cost shown.
