It gives Assist by boosting characters in front of it by +500 power and can rest two characters to grant a temporary ability that mills the top card to stock when that character reverses an opponent. This card supports offense and resource acceleration by combining a small power buff with a conditional stock-gain trigger for a chosen ally.
