When played from hand it mills the top two cards of your deck and can prevent this card's soul from decreasing while side attacking if a level 0 or lower character is milled, and it also gives an opponent center character -1000 power until end of turn. It is a standard level 0 character card with in-play AUTO abilities affecting soul and reducing an opponent character's power, which are normal mechanics for playable cards.
