Declaration of Independence (SAO/S65-E024R) is a Climax card from the Sword Art Online -Alicization- set. It gives all your characters +1000 power and +1 soul while in play and has a trigger ability that may return one of your opponent's characters to their hand when it triggers. As a Climax it functions as both a deck resource for triggering events and a short-term tempo swing by boosting your board and disrupting an opponent's character.
