This is a Climax card from the hololive production Ambassadors set that grants +2000 power to a character during your turn if every character you control shares the hololive trait. It also provides a CX combo that, when its attack condition is satisfied and the named climax is present, forces you to put a card from your hand into the waiting room to trigger an additional effect.
