Inkay (xy1-74) is a Basic Darkness-type Pokémon from the XY expansion with Uncommon rarity. It has the Upside-Down Evolution Ability that lets you evolve it during your turn if it is Confused by searching your deck for an evolution and placing it on Inkay. Its single attack, Confusion Wave, confuses both Active Pokémon, giving it disruptive utility in certain strategies.
